Terms and Conditions of the Purchase

1. The Seller will prepare a list of goods (unused printer cartridges and consumables). The List will comprise of Make, Model, Quantities, and Grade (Using the Grading system we have provided) which should then be forwarded to TonerCartridgesForCash.com by using our online form.

2. TonerCartridgesForCash.com will then respond with an Offer based on the List provided.

3. The Offer made by TonerCartridgesForCash.com against the list supplied by the Seller is conditional upon the goods quoted on the List being received by TonerCartridgesForCash.com in the quantities and Grade stated on the List.  

4. It is the responsibility of the Seller to ensure that the goods offered for sale under the TonerCartridgesForCash.com scheme, are properly packaged for transit by courier. TonerCartridgesForCash.com accepts no liability for loss or damage to the goods whilst in transit.

5. Should the goods received and inspected by TonerCartridgesForCash.com not be in accordance with the Offer originally made to the Seller, against the List supplied, then TonerCartridgesForCash.com will calculate a Revised Offer.

6. If the Seller deems that the Revised Offer is unacceptable and requires that the goods be returned, the goods will be made available for the Seller to collect from the TonerCartridgesForCash.com depot.

However, if the goods are not collected within 10 business days of TonerCartridgesForCash.com informing the Seller in writing by email, as to the Revised Offer, then TonerCartridgesForCash.com reserve the right to recycle the goods, without further notice to the Seller.

7. Payment for the goods will be made to the Seller, by TonerCartridgesForCash.com with in 10 days of an Invoice being received from the Seller.  The invoice should be in accordance with the Offer, or Revised Offer if one was made, made to the Seller, by TonerCartridgesForCash.com.
