An original (OEM) product that is brand new, unused, unopened and undamaged. It must also be in the original and current style retail packaging.
A minimum of 12 months must be remaining on the use-by date otherwise this is classed as “Grade B”
To obtain the “Grade A” price there must be no dents or damage, writing, courier labels anywhere on the box. If there is any of the following we would class these as a “Grade C” product.
An original (OEM) product that is brand new, unused, unopened and undamaged, still in its original and current style retail packaging, but has less than 12 months remaining on the use-by date or is expired.
An original (OEM) product that is brand new, unused that has any of the following.
• Damage or dents on the box
• Writing on box or packaging
• Courier label damage
• Re-sealed Boxes
• Old style packaging (Hp Blue/White boxes)
An unused, non-original (non OEM), compatible, re-manufactured, generic cartridge or toner manufactured to OEM specifications.
Original toners that have any missing internal packaging or are completely out of box would be classed as a “D Grade”.
Any of the above items must still be in their original sealed blister pack or bag with pull tags still in place.
We do NOT accept any toners with their pull tags removed.
